The Research Of Infrastructure Projects Financing Based On TBT Model

As China's rapid economic development and the continuous improvement of living standards,infrastructure,and people's requirements have become more sophisticated,however,the construction of infrastructure requires a large amount of capital to start,local governments often can not afford such a high level of construction costs,resulting in the slow development of infrastructure.In order to solve such conflicts,patterns of financing research and innovation is the key.This article first combined the financing of infrastructure projects at home and abroad of the relevant literature and theory,primarily analyzed BOT and TOT model in-depth, and proposed means of financing both the advantages of two TBT project financing model.On this basis,the article discusses the application of TBT mode of project financing steps,TBT project financing model to define the scope of application,as well as patterns of TBT,such as cash flow situation,the final combined model case of TBT in China in infrastructure construction specific operation,and gave some advice on the application of TBT model.
