Application Research Of VE's Cost-rization Valuation Method In Construction Cost Control

The quality of Engineering Cost Control will directly affect profitability of project,even long-term development of enterprise,while Value Engineering(VE) is a kind of resource-conserving management technology which is effective in cost reduction,efficiency improving and value enhancing.The innovation learning is an importance factor on profit creation of enterprise,while VE is one of the most effective innovation tools which not only emphasis on the functional analysis but can also optimize the plan through continuous innovative activities from perspective of integrating technology with economy.The purpose of this article is to introduce VE into the project management,introduce VE's general approaches & application method in the course of construction of project,discuss in detail the key elements for combination of VE and Engineering Cost Control during basic steps of implementation of VE, propose the cost model of & practical method of VE,this article demonstrates the vital role of VE in Engineering Cost Control through taking construction plan of pile foundation as instance so that to better enhance value of related stakeholders.
