First,this paper introduces load forecasting theory and optimal power flow theory to the design of bidding mechanism in electricity market.At the same time,the paper improves and develops load forecasting theory and optimal power flow theory,then it establishes a novel particle swarm grey neural network model for power load risk forecasting and a mixed differential evolution OPF algorithm based on simulated annealing and tabu search.Next,based on polymerization kinetics and game theory,the paper establishes the model of gencos'bidding strategies based on polymerization kinetics.On this basis,through the establishment of the dynamic neural network performance evaluation of the electricity market model which bases on TFN-AHP,it evaluates the electricity market conditions and efficiency.At the same time,for the goal conflict between the power regulators and power generation business within the framework of the electricity market,this paper proposes the corresponding solution mentality,at the same time,it improves and develops the multi-objective optimization problem.Then it establishes a genetic cloud-model algorithm to the multi-objective optimization problem.The computer simulation confirmation makes the good progress.
