Study On The Investment Management Information System Of Thermal Power Project Based On EVM

Based on project management,earned value management(EVM) theory and the comprehensive analysis of information management project research results both at home and abroad,this paper makes the following research of China's thermal power investment management information system:from the perspectives of organization, management and technical,the organization framework of information communication and the specific implementation in the implementation stage of thermal power projects is analyzed and explained;The overall process flow chart of construction investment management and the breakdown of the management flow chart of schedule,cost,is designed,and a project tracking reporting system is developed which provides data infrastructure for the application of EVM;EVM-based investment management information system of thermal power project is developed,and the system is used in practical engineering to validate its practical value.It hopes that through the research,it can provide a reference for theory research of China's thermal power investment management,engineering practice and software development,and promote the process of project management information.
