The political, economic, social and technological environment of the company is analyzed by PEST analysis. Then the demand analysis of logistics information management and control system is carried out from the aspects of logistics delivery management, logistics procurement management, warehouse management, customer management and comprehensive information management. The company's information management and control system are designed considering the Logistics, purchasing, shipping and sales management of the company. Then, the logistics delivery system is studied based on RFID and IC card technology. The purchasing management is optimized adopting different decision-making methods, such as procurement risk management, comprehensive evaluation of procurement management and bidding management. Furthermore, the warehouse management system is constructed by employing inventory forecast, replenishment operation and comprehensive evaluation of warehouse management. By constructing the index system of customer management, the mechanism of customer classification and recognition is established. Moreover, the implementation effect analysis is carried out from the aspects of logistics delivery management, procurement management, bidding process, company image and influence.Finally, a summary is given to point out the growing direction of this control system.Moreover, the contents of further research are put forward.
