The Research Of Quality Control Of The Information Management System In Logistics Companies Of FAW,ChengDu City, SiChuan Province

Since the beginning of the21st century, our country’s economy is sustained andrapid development, the domestic market continues to expand, at the same time, thedegree of competition in the industry is also growing. In the highly competitivedomestic market, especially in the rising cost of raw materials and human resources,many companies regard the strengthening information management system of qualitycontrol as a business development strategy, therefore, controlling the quality andreducing costs have become the companies，the most urgent task to solve. Currently,due to their own management model is not perfect, the theoretical study of theinformation management system of quality control is still not perfect, how to improvethe quality of the information management system and using it in automotive logisticsengineering has an important theoretical and practical significance.Based on this, the paper combines FAW Chengdu logistics informationmanagement system project to analysis of the status quo of its informationmanagement system quality control process, points out the problems and constraintsin the existing quality control processes, and puts forward the informationmanagement system of quality control measures. At the same time, this article drawson domestic and international information management system of quality controlmethods, uses empirical analysis, comparative analysis and other methods to carry outan in-depth demonstration, makes more specific control of the quality of theinformation management system and perfect.
