Grid Construction Project Post-evaluation Base On DEA

The paper elaborates the background and practical significance of the project research, studies the development and practices on power grid construction projects post-evaluation both home and abroad.The paper presents the models method of grid construction projects post-evaluation in existence.It studies four aspects,including process evaluation,evaluation of benefit and effect,evaluation of running effect,and evaluation of sustainability.The paper introduces the DEA method into the grid construction projection post-evaluation,and demonstrates the application by means of the simulation case.At last,the paper gives the recommended practices of the post-evaluation job,and points out several trends for future study.
