Research On Post-evaluation Of Power Grid Project

This thesis,which is closely associated with electric power industry,clearly defines the concept of the construction projects post-evaluation and puts forward the post-evaluation theoretical frame of the power grid construction projects on the basis of numerous domestic and international relevant research results.Secondly,based on the reality of power project,puts forward the content, procedure and method of the transmission& distribution projects;Then established and divided the index system of post-evaluation in transmission and distribution projects;Thirdly,quantitative parameter is quantitatively preceded and qualitative parameter is standardized,and uses the AHP evaluation method to appraise the whole project quantitatively.Finally,use the index system of post evaluation established to actual case research.Assessment and research the post-evaluation of the power grids project system has contributed to discover problems,sum up experience,put forward improve advice,in order to raising invest and management level of future power project.
