Theory And Demonstration Study On Post-evaluation Of Distribution Grid Invest Project

There is no entire, comprehensive post-evaluation system and methodology for distribution grid invest project in the study field, this paper is expected to provide reference for distribution grid invest project post-evaluation work in power-supply enterprises.This paper has divided the distribution gird invest project post-evaluation into four parts:execution process, operation effect, financial benefits, social benefits and sustainability evaluation, established the index system, and built relevant fuzzy synthetic evaluation model. A demonstration has been done on a case of distribution gird invest project. It selected some indices according to the reality, evaluated respectively, educed the results and conclusions by entropy method and fuzzy synthetical evaluation, and lastly brought forward corresponding policy suggestions. Study on Distribution gird invest project post-evaluation has important reference meanings for power-supply enterprises.
