Rationalization On Distribution System Of Petroleum Products

In recent years,along with the development of social economy and improvement of humans living,consumption of petroleum products has increased rapidly,for which a high price was paid.Under the tremendous pressure,the logistics of petroleum products have been not rationalization along with the further development of the national economy,by which management of petroleum products has been restricted.So,rationalization for logistics distribution of petroleum products should be studied immediately.At the angle of system engineering,full advantage of resources of library and information of the network has been taken.On the base of a large amount of analysis about references,knowledge of the modern logistics distribution,the distribution of petroleum products and the distribution mode of petroleum products have been analyzed,and the problem of rationalization for petroleum products logistics was advanced.In this study,under the backgrounds of rationalization analyzing for petroleum products distribution,we introduced a new distribution mode of petroleum products which is the stochastic mode.System of the evaluating indicators index has been founded as well as the stochastic decision-making model.Definitions and theorems were proposed too.Accordingly,the final result was obtained,considering that M_F=M(i≥d^*)∝u⁽¹⁾ was an express form of the stochastic mode.And based on all that were analyzed previously,a new distribution mode of petroleum products came out,with a definition in mathematics.About the research on the oil stations of petroleum products,problems of the oil station layout were introduced,rationalization of which were analyzed at the angle of its quantity and its layout.About the research on the distribution center of petroleum products,problems of the distribution center were introduced too,rationalization of which were analyzed at the angle of its quantity and its location.The improved methods,thus,the Gauss-Seidel method,was respectively used to analyze problems about rationalization of distribution center.And the results were comparatively analyzed.About the research on the storage of distribution center of petroleum products,problems of the storage of distribution center were also introduced,rationalization of which were analyzed at the angle of requirement forecasting of petroleum products in the distribution center.The six methods were respectively used to analyze problems about rationalization of forecasting analysis.And the results of the six methods were comparatively analyzed to obtain the final results.About the research on rationalization for distribution of petroleum products, problems of which were transformed into the shortest route problem in the mathematics fields and the saving algorithm problem in the logistics distribution fields.The two methods,thus,dijkstra method and saving method,were used to analyze problems about rationalization for distribution of petroleum products.And the result of the saving algorithm problem was improved.
