In the global village, enterprises are facing more complex market environment If managers expect to gain much benefit and have a big market share, they must improve the Competition and management of the enterprises.Enterprise information is the important means to improve management. But from the early 80's in china, some enterprises have attempted to implement ERP,but they have gained few effects. The implementation of ERP is a complicated project, and there are a wide range of factors, which block the success of ERP project. The most enterprises usually lack of sufficient evaluation for the feasibility of the ERP and pay little attention on the key factors for the success of ERP.So by means of model, the weak of enterprises can be found out.We can make effect measures, which is based on the research of critical success factors,to reduce the rise of project and improve the success of projectBy the reference of a number of papers, the framework of main success factors for ERP project have been depicted. The five aspects, which are concluded from the framework of main success factors for ERP project, are enterprise management basis, human basis,ERP software and ERP-vendor,consulting firm and corporate culture. The ERP implementation-capacity evaluation system is given based the important factors of these five aspects. It comes up with the operational methods, which use the theory of unascertained measure evaluating method. Finally, the evaluation method of ERP implement-capacity and the key factors for the success of ERP are verified in a case of ERP project. The research can guide the enterprises to check the conditions of ERP, overcome the weakness, and make effective measures to control the risk of ERP project.
