Erp Implementation Issues Research

The conducting power industry is a very important part of national economy. It is used in large scale traveling crane, roller coaster industry etc. At present, competition is very intense in this market, and competition is focused on "price". Therefore, in the market, the enterprise who has advantage of cost will win the market. The application of ERP system is a major way to promote core competition competence. Proper ERP system will help an enterprise improving its management. In china, the ERP implementation in a lot of enterprises is not very successful. Many enterprises failed to ERP implementation. Each enterprise has its specificity of production engineering, the way of management, the mode of marketing. Therefore, to study and find out the ways to solve the characteristic problems is valuable.This paper, taking the CXHF corporate which experiences two ERP implementations as a case, analyzed the causes of the failure of the first ERP implementation., then recorded and analyzed the restarting the implement of ERP system. By using the theory of project management to control all the processes of restart work, the second implementation achieved the success. In this paper, some critical success factors of the ERP system implementing in the case were analyzed and given in detail. Author wishes to share the experience with all the people who want to get success in ERP system. The factors are:1) the importance of the manager of project, 2) the effect of the team of project. 3) the science of the implement plan.4) the science of the communication. 5) the control of the schedule. 6) the feedback of the reaction.
