Manufacturing enterprise has a long history in China and also an important part of our national economy. A huge developing space is brought to the enterprises with the further deepening of reforming and opening,in the context of increasing economic integration in the world, the competition in corporate management is more and more intense, the ability to adapt to the market and enterprise business capabilities, etc. The flexible management style and business processes of small and medium manufactures have come out, so they have greater competitive advantage in the industry. In recent years,with the further development of small and medium enterprises, the behind management can not keep up the pace, It is inevitable that enterprises change their mode of management. ERP has become their first selection in the information management highly developed days, now the framework of ERP system are more complete, and the application of ERP especially in small and medium enterprises in China are wide-ranging, But It is still a new thing and initial age for small and medium enterprises who are poorly managed, so the problems are endless in the process of ERP implementation. Therefore, it is necessary to study relevant theory of ERP implementation for small and medium enterprises.Successful factors and application of performance evaluation model on ERP implementation in small and medium manufacturing enterprises are analyzed in the paper. Analysis factors during ERP implementation and determine the weight of it based on the empirical case studies, Finally make the corresponding factors as the evaluation factors, and apply AHP and FCE to ERP performance evaluation, so as to quantify the ERP results in business management.The practical application of performance evaluation model for the small and medium manufacturing enterprises in the implementation of ERP performance evaluation can monitor the effectiveness of ERP implementation and provide protection long-term development of enterprises, grasp the priorities, strategic goals of enterprises. Finally ,achieve the goal of flat organization, dynamic performance monitoring, rational business process, and enable allocation of resources optimization in enterprises. It will promote steady and rapid development for small and medium manufacturing enterprises in China.
