Nowadays, supply chain risk management is key issue of the modern supply chain management. In order to help the enterprises control the supply chain risk, it is quite necessary to identify the potential risks of the supply chain efficiently and make a right quantitative assessment on them. Also, we need to prepare different strategies for the different situations. After a general analysis on the relevent papers on the supply chain risk management, we make a quantitative research on the supply chain assessment and risk control based on the SCOR model. The main work of this thesis is as follows:1. This thesis gives a brief introduction of research background of the supply chain risk management and review the main related researches at home and abroad. It also introduces the basic supply chain, supply chain management and risk management theory, and explicitly indicate the the process and control method of the supply chain risk management.2. This thesis gives a brief introduction of general approachs of supply chain risk identification. In combination of these methods and brainstorming method we get a two echelon supply chain risk identifiaction index. The index has taken internal and external risk factors of the supply chain into consideration to provide a reliable evaluation model for the enterprise.3. This thesis gives a new multi-echelon fuzzy evaluation method which uses FMECA method to get a reasonable weights for risk factors. It also builds the supply chain risk assessment model which is based on multi-echelon fuzzy evaluation. At last, it uses the data from Ma Lin's survey to further illustrate the utilization of the method on the supply chain risk assessment. It help the interprise to identify the key risk factors and provide guidance for risk supervision.4.This thesis builds discrete-time linear state space functions for the supply chain risk control system which is based on SCOR model. Then with the interaction prediction method we design the decomposition-coordination model algorithm for the risk control system. At last, we design a numerical example using the risk identification results to analyse the risk system. It provides the quantitative analysis for the supply chain risk control supervisor.
