Research On Risk Management Of A Company's IT Program

With the advent of the information age,the role of information projects is becoming more and more important,and the complexity of its projects is becoming more and more complex.The IT project management object has been transformed from the original single project into multiple projects.It still uses the single project management theory to solve the problem of multiple project,which has shown many aspects of inadaptability.On the basis of this condition,the IT program management become the further explore method for the project management method.At present,the concept of project group management has been applied in the construction and manufacturing industry,which has achieved the desired results.However,the application research of project group management in the IT industry is relatively scarce.In the process of project implementation,there are many problems such as conflict between multiple projects,difficult allocation of resources and improper handling of stakeholder relations.According to statistics,the overall situation of IT project implementation is not optimistic,and the success rate of the project is relatively low,which is only up to 37%.the actual situation shows that the management ideas and methods of the current IT industry has strong adaptability,which is urgent to explore a new management idea for their own characteristics to deal with new problems.Based on the basic knowledge of project management,this paper sorts out the characteristics of project group management and the basic characteristics of project group management elements.According to the characteristics of project management elements,and combined with IT project management problems in the practical application,we summed up the IT project management risk factors mainly from three aspects: basic condition factors,target management factors,and process control elements.From the aspect of IT program management,this paper identifies the risk factors of IT program and constructs the risk factors framework of IT program management from the interaction relationship among projects.Secondly,this paper quantifies the risk factors of project group management by combining the fuzzy influence theory and analytic hierarchy process.From the perspective of project overall event probability,this paper compares the influencing factors with AHP to measure the risk of A IT project program management.Finally,according to the management problems of IT project group management of A company,combined with the analysis and evaluation results,this paper designs targetedimprovement strategies and suggestions from the aspects of IT project strategic level,organizational level and process design for A company.
