| October,2005 Communist Party of China 16th session of the fifth plenary session have passed the cpe central committee on the development of national economic and social development of the 11th five-year plan.It proposaled that building a new socialist countryside is the most important part of our county's modernization.Deccember 31,2005,published the State Council's proposal about how to improve the socialist new countryside construction,which describe the contents about new country.The socialism new village construction already comprehensively launched in our country, the content of the new rural reconstruction involves politics,economy,culture,society,ecology and so on.The entire society's pay attention to the new rural construction.The ultimate objective of build socialism new countryside is to develop the production,to make the live more better,to build the local custom civilization,to construct the neat countryside,to improve democracy management,to.The biggest beneficiary of the new viliage construction is the farmer,the main body of construction the new countryside is also the farmer.Following the new village construction unceasingly thorough,there must be set some new request to the farmer's quality.It is because enchance the farmer's quality is the premise work to agriculture the modernization and it also the premise work of establishing the new community.As the new village construction's main body,new farrier should "have knowledge,have the technology and also have the quality to do with the market".But there are some problem in our farmer's quality,and cannot attach the require of the construction of the new village,which will have the bad effect on the new rural construction.In this text,according to the main content of the new rural construction,I have analyse the new require to the farmer,and also analyse where is the problem and why.At last,I have give some methods,hoping this will give some help on the new rural construction. |
