Research On Development And Utilization Of Human Rescources Under The New Village Construction

Since three decades of the reform and opening-up policy, various undertakings of manpower training have made great achievements in rural areas, but also face many new difficulties, because there is a large number of farmers with relatively low qualities. If we want to develop modern agriculture and promote the building of new socialist rural areas, we must realize the importance of human resources development and utilization from an overall perspective of a clear understanding, and increase the investment significantly ,we should also take measures actively to improve the quality of workers comprehensively in rural areas.
