Evaluation Method And Application Of Land Resource Carrying Capacity In Village And Town Construction

Since the country put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,the construction and development of villages and towns have been paid more and more attention,and people's research on villages and towns has gradually been deepened.There is a bearing capacity problem on a large regional scale,as well as a bearing capacity problem in villages and towns.Measuring the carrying capacity of land resources in villages and towns and scientifically grasping its carrying capacity have important guiding significance for future construction and development.Therefore,this paper takes Yongfeng County,located in the hilly area of the South of Yangtze River as an example,to discuss the evaluation method of the land resource carrying capacity of villages and towns.Research shows:(1)There are three research paradigms for land carrying capacity research,namely land population carrying capacity research,"footprint"carrying capacity research and comprehensive carrying capacity research.The analysis framework of each research paradigm is different,and its applicability is also different.(2)Overall,the construction of villages and towns in Yongfeng County has made great achievements,but its infrastructure construction still needs to be strengthened.In terms of resources and environment,the distribution of land affected by the terrain is relatively scattered.In addition,the soil is mainly zonal red soil,the fertility is relatively poor,and the land is prone to compaction.Therefore,land resources have become the main limiting factor in the evaluation of its resource and environmental carrying capacity.(3)Improve and apply the three research methods.When carrying out the calculation of the carrying capacity of the land population,the overall carrying status is grasped from the relationship between people and food,which shows that the carrying capacity of the study area is good;then the carrying capacity of the village and township is measured from the level of farmers'income(per capita disposable income).The results show that under the assumption of reaching the current income level(14722 yuan),the total population of villages and towns that can be carried is131,400,and the overloaded 111,500 people rely on non-agricultural employment for income,and the urbanization rate should be increased to 70%accordingly.In the calculation of the"footprint"carrying capacity,through the calculation of the ecological footprint of the entire Ji'an city,it was found that its carrying capacity index was 1.37>1,that is,it was in a deficit state,and the total overloaded population was 1,330,200;then the urbanization rate will be The population overloaded in rural areas was broken down into villages and towns in the county area,and the population overloaded in Yongfeng County was 65,500.When calculating the comprehensive carrying capacity,it is mainly to identify the unsuitable areas for planting and construction in villages and towns;Then,based on the evaluation of unsuitable areas for planting in Yongfeng County and unsuitable areas for village and town construction,all administrative village units in Yongfeng County are divided into four categories according to function types:key ecological protection villages,plantation development key villages,central agglomeration key villages and other villages;finally,by setting two development intensity scenarios Calculations and calculation results show that:under the local high development intensity and average development intensity scenarios,the largest population that the county's cultivated land planting industry can bear is 1,533,800 and 1,401,100,respectively.According to the calculation of 100m~2,140m~2 and 200m~2 per capita construction land,under the high development intensity scenario,the population of the township construction land in the county can be 804,500,604,400 and 420,300;the average development intensity scenario can carry the population The scale was 546,100,390,100 and273,100 respectively.(4)Comparative analysis of the three measurement methods.In general,the data required by the three research methods are different,and the specific measurement methods are also different.(5)Overall,the carrying capacity of land resources in the construction of villages and towns in Yongfeng County is in a good state.The study found that the low income level of farmers is an important factor restricting land carrying capacity.Therefore,effectively raising the income level of farmers will become an important part of village and town construction.
