Ethical Consideration Of The Property Rights And Justice

As the rapid development of China's market economy,the injustice in various economic fields is being concerned commonly.The justice problem of property rights system has gradually become a major issue of the contemporary economic development and social development.Property rights reflect a relationship of interests, and property rights system is a specific economic system which is to some extent to regulate people's interest.The justice of property rights is a code of conduct and property values which regulate the relationship between people and directly affect the decision of property rights system by a country or society and the operation performance of property rights,while it also directly reflects the deep promote of social justice and the comprehensive development of humans.Through the presentation of justice,property rights,property rights of justice and the interrelationship between them,this paper rethink the concept of property rights and the reality basis of justice and analyze the basic principles of justice of the contemporary property rights.The first chapter is the literature review,which mainly introduces the present research situation of property rights and justice,points out the deficiencies also.The second chapter is the exordium,which mainly introduce the purpose, significance,methods and contents of the research.The third chapter describes the origin and concepts of justice and property rights, outlines the meaning of justice of property rights,and the historical statements about justice of property rights in Chinese and western are compared.The fourth chapter reflects on the moral philosophy foundation of justice and property rights,and the two aspects of theoretical basis and realistic basis are respectively discussed.On the basis of discussion of the previous chapter,the fifth chapter summarizes the basic principles of contemporary justice and property rights,and introduces their main contents respectively,namely,the legitimacy of obtaining the property rights,the rationality of defining property rights,the subjectivity of using the property rights,the fairness of the property rights profit,the strict protection of property rights.The sixth chapter analyzes the present reality background of our system of property rights,raises the value of the justice and property nghts,and m three aspects, namely,to ensure a fair starting point for property rights activities,and safeguarding property rights activities just,to regulate the result of the property rights activities fair, upgrades the justice of the property rights system of China.Finally,this paper describes the implementation of other protection mechanism of the justice and property rights.The last chapter is the conclusion part,which summarizes the main conclusion of the study and raises the problems that need to be further discussed.
