The Research And Design Of Performance Management For ERDOS Electricity Power Enterprise

In order to improve the capability of Electric Power enterprise,promote enterprise development and harmonious security,this paper studies how to build a set of performance management system based on the strategy.The article begin with theoretical research,then compare three mainstream theory such as the Balanced Scorecard,key performance indicators and objectives management.Through the questionnaire surveying and interviewing,it have got enough data about enterprise's management,so as to find out the problems in the current management and clarify the strategy of this enterprise.On this basis,an approach is designed to build the company-level key performance indicators system by using the Balanced Scorecard principle.Drawn on methods of organizational performance and employee performance management,the original "company - department" KPI decomposition method is put forward.At last,according to the study of theory,the company-level performance index system is constructed for the Electric Power enterprise,and some department KPI is refined as demonstration,which are applied to Erdos Electric Power enterprise.
