Based on education training company marketing special attributes,in the face of complex and changeful market economic environment,education and training companies are rising in the throes of,experiencing unprecedented blow.In this particular environment,education and training companies to use performance management means,through to the department and staff performance appraisal to strengthen company management,improve efficiency.Then,performance management and performance evaluation of our country in the use of education and training companies still need to further improve the management level.So,how to improve the performance management,how to improve the fairness and justice of performance appraisal,which is worthy of positive thinking and exploration,has the value of practical application and operation.First,this paper raises the research background and meaning of cut to the chase,expounds the research value;Secondly,it analyzes the domestic and foreign experts on the subject of theoretical research and research methods;Again,based on the actual case of the LH company performance appraisal as the carrier,and further study of the present condition of the performance appraisal of the company,summarizes the main problems existing in the performance appraisal and shortage;Finally,according to the company's industry characteristics,the correlation between the key departments and employees work coordination characteristics,the key performance index method and tools such as the balanced scorecard,key departments of the company and employee appraisal index and weight distribution optimization design,make a suit LH company strategic performance evaluation of the development of the optimization scheme,in order to LH company performance evaluation provides a new reference.
