Performance appraisal is one of the thorniest problems in human resources management, and the design of the performance appraisal index is one of the difficulties. Over the years, managerialists have been looking for more scientific and effective performance evaluation index design from the aspects of theory and management practice. This paper made an in-depth analysis for designing method of different evaluation indexes through studying and exploring the design of the performance appraisal indicators of the XX institute, in order to solve the problems of the assessment index designing, and try to improve, provide theoretical basis for the benign development of institute.Based on the analysis of performance assessment model of the XX institute background, mainly for the following research:first of all to XX institute built since the hospital performance appraisal work present situation and main problems of in-depth analysis; Subsequent research institute, the essay discusses the overall design of performance appraisal model, has been clear about the basic principles, methods and performance evaluation mode of reform design concept; Finally to XX institute to explore and make perfect performance appraisal model,and proposed the implementation process should pay attention to the problem.Need is in the process of the research, put forward by the author for XX institute staff set performance goals, and establish a performance management system, the system includes the purpose of performance appraisal, scope of application, performance management,organization,operation performance appraisal method and performance management content and concrete steps. And stressing guidance of the employee’s performance, rewards of performance as well as the establishment of a clear performance feedback and communication channels.For XX institute performance review paper summarizes the research work,we can learn that:performance evaluation is beneficial to our personal competent initiative, help responsibility allocation in the institute, the implementation of scientific management, improve the work efficiency to change XX institute staff performance management present situation, to the performance management thought decided to act as a system,and reasonable performance evaluation methods will help staff form a conceptual change in high efficiency work.
