Study On Multi-modal Transport Mode Of Coal Chemical Industry Products In The Western Region

Coal chemical industry acts as important role in China's sustainable use of energy sources,it's a key direction of development in the next 20 years,and it has great importance in China's lightening environmental pollution from burning coal,lessening China's dependence on entrance petroleum.Coal chemical industry is confronted with new market demand and development opportunity in China.Western region is our country's main base of coal chemical industry,but their products go to more developing provinces such as south of China and east of China,then this deals with how to organize coal chemical logistics,in order to reach maximal economic effect.Every type of conveyance has its advantage and disadvantage,so adopting unitary transportation way has a variety of deficiency.However,multi-modal transport can incorporate advantages of various types of conveyance to satisfy cargo owner and client's demand with logistics. Mostly,coal chemical products are hazardous,use ISO TANK to transport can further unleash the advantages of economic,convenient,environmental protection and safety.This paper analyzes every logistics mode of coal chemical products,all of these modes are not very good,then put forward a new mode-Tank container multi-modal transport.Recent research on network optimization focuses on transportation way choice problem with uncertain process.This paper incorporates transportation way choice and route choice to build a modal,designs suitable genetic algorithm to solve it.At the end of this paper,the modal is used in a coal chemical enterprise's selling logistics designing,and get the proposal of the lowest general logistics cost.Compare it with the other modes,this modal successfully optimize the process of the multi-modal transport of coal chemical products.
