The influence of commercial bank is extremely remarkable to the entire society economic activities, they occupies the special status in the entire financial system. Nowadays and they situates the important status in the national economy. the development of various disciplines has also provided many choices for the commercial branch performance evaluation. extension evaluation method may be had its own feature, and this method in application of the commercial bank achievements appraisal is more rare, this is the intention of this thesis.This article has mainly studied the application of extension evaluation method produced by the extension theory in the commercial branch performance evaluation .With the correlation function precises the portray appraisal targets in the appraisal rank ownership situation, and using the analytic hierarchy process definits target weight, caused the entire appraisal process to be simpler and reasonable. In order to explore a more impersonal, fair, scienctific the commercial bank achievements assessment method, has made the beneficial attempt.Firstly, this article gives a general review on the status the commercial branch performance evaluation at home and abroad, and introduces the elementary theory of Extension Theory and application field. Secondly, this article analyzes the fundamental principle of the index selection, and reseach the the contents of all targets. meanwile using analytic hierarchy software definits target weight, for the commercial branch performance evaluation by extenics evaluation method descended good foundation. At last, the article builds up a commercial bank performance evaluation model. I make empirical studies using three branches'data , this evaluation model turns out this method is practical and this is with better judgement degree , choosing degree, and possesses certain reference meaning in commercial branch performance evaluation.
