The Study Of Commercial Branch Performance Evaluation Based On The Extenics Theory

As the financial system revolution becomes further, the commercial bank system of our country is changing huge and the multi situation of commercial banks has come into truth. As the main body of the financial system, commercial banks'efficiency directly influences and decides the financial efficiency and performance. The surviving competition of financial companies both at home and abroad will focus on the competition of performance. The performance shows the banks'general and real strength. So the big commercial banks begin to deal with the study and analysis about their branches'performance evaluation.There are many kinds of methods and models used to make commercial banks'performance evaluation. They have different points and perspectives and also different advantages and disadvantages. While doing researches on the commercial performance evolution and the Extenics theory, the author found that the Estenics theory's thoughts, logistic structure and evaluation methods have some linked points with the commercial banks'performance evaluation. This paper builds up the matter-element model of the comprehensive performance evaluation in commercial banks by using the theory and method of Extenics, gives the extension priority degree evaluation method based on relation function and does some studying on the comprehensive quantitative and qualitative performance evaluation method in commercial banks.This paper begins from the problems now existing in commercial banks'performance evaluation such as the fuzzy object position, fake data, etc. Then it studies the definitions and theories connecting with performance evaluation in the Extenics theory and analyzes the suitability of the theory to the performance evaluation. The paper analyzes the rules of picking up indexes and studies the contents of the indexes. Considering the fact that some individual factors may interrupt most and ad a result of non-concrete situation happens in the method of AHP, this paper makes use of fuzzy AHP to calculate the index weights. At last, the paper builds up a commercial bank performance evaluation model under the logistic of Extenics theory.
