Export tax rebates encourage the country's export enterprises to participate in international competition.In this paper,a review and assessment of China's export tax rebate policy change process,as well as Guangdong's foreign trade and economic development process.This article analyzes the mechanism of the export tax rebate policy impacting on Guangdong's foreign trade and economic development.Through various types of statistical data collection,analysis and evaluation of this paper,the export tax rebate adjustment policy of Guangdong foreign trade and economic development,research shows that:there is a positive correlation between the growth of total export volume and growth of the export tax rebate,the export tax rebate rate increase,the export growth rate on the rise.The export tax rebate rate of upward or downward usually lead to the same general trade exports was to change.Some small and medium-sized enterprises' profit will decrease greatly;even some of them go to bankruptcy.On the whole,the structural adjustment of export tax rebates will help the development of high-tech industries. Guangdong's experience shows that the countries of the export tax rebate rate of reduction must take into account the tolerance of the export economy.As the FDI in Guangdong export share is too large,the export tax rebate adjustment on foreign investment in Guangdong had a major impact,and,because of the vast majority of foreign enterprises for the processing trade enterprises,the export tax rebate policy adjustment should be of great importance to foreign investment The structural optimization.Finally,this paper provide some relevant policy.
