The Interaction Relationship Between The Foreign Trade Structure And Industrial Structure In Guangdong Province

Since China's reform and opening up,great changes have taken place in Guangdong province.The industrial development and trade pattern of Guangdong province are experiencing a great progress.But in the global financial crisis,the economy of Guangdong province suffered a severe blow.Internal and external economic structural imbalance problem need to be solved in Guangdong province,especially the adjustment of foreign trade structure and industrial structure,it is the important measures to reduce the trade friction and avoid the middle-income trap,develop industrial and economic sustainably.In the transformation of economic development patterns and the international environment change,what is the relation between trade structure and industrial structure in Guangdong province? How to realize the structure of foreign trade transformation and upgrading of industrial structure benign interactively in Guangdong province? These problems have attracted widespread attention.In this paper,we study the relation between foreign trade structure and industrial structure in Guangdong province,aiming to find the interaction path and put forward foreign trade policy based on the upgrading of industrial structure in Guangdong province.First of all,this article applies the relevant theories of industry economics and international trade,defines the concept and the connotation of foreign trade structure transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.Secondly,this article describes Guangdong foreign trade structure and industrial structure evolution process from 1990 to 2015.Finally,we use structural vector auto-regression(SVAR)model,granger causality test,impulse response analysis and variance analysis to test the relationship between trade structure and industrial structure,and explore the interaction between the trade structure and industrial structure in Guangdong province path,and provide policy advice to upgrade the industrial structure adjustment in Guangdong province.
