With the development of the market economy,competition of market is increasing. Long-term development of enterprises depends on its continuous to performance improvement. However,enterprises and teams' performances are created by employees.Consequently,how to stimulate the staff's enthusiasm for the work and improve employees' job performance is becoming the issue which administrator and researchers consider to resolve.Recently,in the study of organizational behavior and human resources management,the relationship between perceived organizational support and job performance becomes the hot issue.This study explores the mechanism of the relationship between perceived organizational support and job performance.It mainly addresses the mediating effect of work engagement and achievement motivation between perceived organizational support and job performance.The crossover study putting perceived organizational support,job performance,achievement motivation and work engagement into a integrate framework enriches related theories to describe the relationship between enterprise and employees more clearly.The study is carried out through survey research by sending out 500 questionnaires in 4 enterprises.The relationship between perceived organizational support and job performance is indicated by Correlation Analysis,Regression analysis and so on.The results obtained are as follows:1.The perceived organizational support of employees is positive related to job performance.2.The perceived organizational support of employees is positive related to work engagement.3.The work engagement of employees is positive related to job performance.4.The work engagement of employees has a mediating effect between perceived organizational support and job performance.5.The perceived organizational support of employees is positive related to achievement motivation.6.The achievement motivation to success of employees is positive related to job performance.7.The achievement motivation to success of employees has a mediating effect between perceived organizational support and job performance.8.The perceived organizational support of employees is a significant predictor of job performance.
