Research On Urban Land Expanding During Rapid Urbanization-Case Study In Zhengzhou City

With the development of society and economy, the cities in our country are experiencing the urban expanding because of the acceleration of urbanization. The conflict between urban expansion and protection of farmland is more acuity. So it is very important to put forward the reasonable methods after researching the disciplines, features and driving forces. This article collects a great deal of urban data and remote sensing data, it takes Zhengzhou as an example to adopt the combination method of quantitative and qualitative analysis. It analyzes the temporal and spatial variation through the amount and speed. In order to hold the discipline of zhengzhou urban land expanding, the article discusses the model of urban land expanding, and macroscopically analyzes the state of urban land expanding in different cities. Urbanization is an sustaining process, the urban land expansion is influenced by some driving factors such as policy, population, economy and so on. Based on the linear correlation analysis, it is related each other between the factors and the built-up area. The population growth and industrial development are the main driving factors to improve the urban land expansion. Urban land area shoulde increase reasonably, this paper puts forward some reasonable Suggestions for the development of Zhengzhou city.The main contents are as follows:Chapter one discusses the background and significance of this research.
