The Empirical Research On The Relationship Between Hub-form's Leadership And The Efficiency Of The Firm Network

As the globalization of economy accelerated, the firm network had displaced the hierarchical organization, was accepted by the firms, as the surroundings faced changed quickly. The members of the network collaborated and tried to achieve scale economy and scope economy to improve efficiency and profit. Besides the contractual mechanism, the non-contractual mechanism also plays a very important role in the collaboration of firms, but in reality, the study to the non-contractual mechanism is ignored. This research tries to investigate the relationship between the efficiency of network and the Hub-form's leadership, which is also a positive attempt to reveal the non-contractual mechanism's effect on firm network.The essay reviews the theories about the network of organization and leadership before, and then we deducted on the logistic relationship between the Hub-form's leadership and the efficiency of the network, the essay proposes six hypothesises and structures a concrete conceptual model. We use SPSS13.0 and AMOS7.0 statistical software to analyze the concrete data, through estimating the hypotheses, we come to the conclusion that:(1) There's no commutative causality between hub-form's leadership and the efficiency of network, but hub-form's leadership enhances the stable collaboration and then raises efficiency of the firm network;(2) Hub-form's leadership has a positive effect in forming favorable trust within members.Because of the limitation on the sum and region of respondents, there are also many problems which need the father researching.
