An Empirical Research On The Relationships Between The Leadership Of Core Firm Of The Firm Value Net And Operation Efficiency

Along with the accelerating process of economic globalization and the rapid development of information technology, great changes have taken place in the competitive environment faced by firms, the firm value net has become the key factors for firm to gain the competitive advantage in the dynamic market, more and more firms have successfully build and run the value net, but it doesn’t mean that they can occupy the competitive advantage, gaining competitive advantage need value net play a synergistic effect, and the development of synergies must be built on the basis of high efficiency of firm value network.By studying on literature, I found that the firm value net exists the core firm which is in a dominant position, and it has some influence on other members in the firm value net by its own heterogeneity of resources or ability, the influence is defined as the leadership in this paper, there are few researches on whether the leadership of core firm in the firm value net can impact on organization operation like a hierarchical organization, especially the empirical research. Therefore, this study constructed the whole model of the leadership of core firm affecting the operation efficiency, and explored the effect of the leadership of core firm, member trust, stable cooperation on operational efficiency through the empirical study, and it has a certain theoretical and practical significance.This study collected the sample data through the questionnaire survey, and then analyzed the reliability and validity of the sample data, analysis results showed that the scale has good reliability and validity, then carried on the fitting and evaluation of structural equation model, then revised the model, finally get the conclusion:the leadership of core firm in the firm value net has a positive effect on operational efficiency, the leadership of core firm have a positive impact on member trust and stable cooperation, member trust and stable cooperation has a positive effect on operational efficiency, member trust have no significant effect on stable cooperation. Finally, this paper put forward some feasible suggestions to the core firm in the firm value net.
