Study On The Development Of Farmer Specialty Cooperative Organizations In China

The conflict between the farmer's producing and managing in miniature and the great market of the society will be a basic one in Chinese development of agriculture. As we have entered into WTO, our rural economy will inevitably enter the orbit of economical globalization. To build new socialist rural areas, to develop Chinese rural market economy, and to promote comprehensive development in harmony of national economy, it is vital to boost the quality and competition power of farm produce and to increase efficiently farmer's income. In order to realize this strategic goal, we must solve, in the condition of market economy, the prominent conflict between the farmer's producing and managing in miniature and the great market of the society. And this conflict can be seen especially through the high exchange fee between the farmer and the market and the low efficiency of the exchange. Therefore to enforce the study of the innovation of the farmer's specialty cooperation system and to propose some new ideas to accelerate its healthy and fast development have both theoretic and practical significance.In this paper the author related the prescription of the cooperatives and introduced main form of farmer specialty cooperative organizations. In order to illuminate the objectivity and inevitability, the author also give a detailed analysis of system efficiency on the basis of the system changing theory of system economics in four respects as follows: system stimulation, the cost of trading, management fees and social functions. The development of the newly-born cooperative organization is esteemed in the junior stage. Small-scale land,peasant polarization,scarcity of the cooperative entrepreneurs and knowledge,serious deficiency legal system and ideology have decide the current situation of the farmer specialty cooperative organizations. The paper summarized some defects which existed in the internal system of the organizations. Embark on the fundamental theory, the paper launches the research in main form and performance of the farmer specialty cooperative organizations. In the last part, the author, integrate with China's current practice, related the innovation countermeasures of the internal system and the optimization under the circumstances of the outer macroscopic politics, economic, cultural and laws system.
