With the managerialist studying of counterproductive work behaviors, the public is also paying increasing attention to ineffective leadership behavior. So, in 2000, Tepper arise the concept of abusive supervision. It refers to the long-term performance of hostile acts the subordinates feel from the managers. This performance includes verbal attacks, non-verbal behavior, but does not include physical attacks.This investigation intend to introduce the concept of Abusive supervion and research the effect of abusive supervision and on followers'organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) and work-family conflict, and whether organizational justice is a mediator between perceived abusive supervisor and followers'OCB and work-family conflict in SOLF. According to the foreign literature and the context of Chinese cultural,we revise the Abusive supervision scale, Organizational justice scale and WIF scale.The data are gained by survey method form 527 employees of SLOF and the results of the study are as follows:(1) Abusive supervision is significantly correlate with OCB, and has negative prediction effect on it.(2) Abusive supervision is significantly correlate with work-family conflict, and has positive prediction effect on it.(3) Abusive supervision has significant negative prediction effect on organizational justice.(4) Organizational justice is significantly correlate with OCB, and has positive prediction effect on it.(5) Organizational justice has significant correlation with work-family conflict, and has negative prediction effect on it. (6) Organizational justice can partly mediate the relationship between abusive supervision and followers'OCB .(7) Organizational justice can partly mediates the relationship between abusive supervision and work-family conflict of followers.(8) Abusive supervision has a significant difference in marital status, whether regular employee, age, education and tenure.
