Since 20th century 90's, more and more extensive on application of the team, and team study also be taken seriously. In the past few years, the main direction of the research team is the benefits of the team, but the study on"how to establish an effective team"rarely. This article focuses on the impact of different factors on team performance under two different types of tasks. Two studies and four experiments have been conducted in this article. Study 1 studied the impact of three factors (the team goals, team competition, and information distribution) on the impact of team performance under the type of certainty task through three experiments. Study II studied the impact of three factors (the degree of communication, leadership style, and the requirements of the creativity) on the impact of team performance under the type of creating task through an experiment.Through two of four experiments, we come to the following conclusions:1. When the objectives and tasks is low, the information completing distributed finishes faster. In the peripheral performance, when the information fully shared, the members of the group understand better.2. In the medium objectives and tasks, the subjects with a competitive target completes faster; when the information fully shared, it achieves targets faster. In the peripheral performance, when there is no competition, the members have a higher personal satisfaction on the decision-making.3. When the objectives and tasks are high, the subjects with a noncompetitive target completes faster; so is the information fully shared. In the peripheral performance, with or without competition and the information distribution on the five dimensions are not affected.4. With creative tasks, the subjects encourage by the leader complete the number of more effective graphics; subjects in a simple case of creativity complete the number of more effective graphics than the complex cases. In the peripheral performance, when they communicate fully, the members express higher degree of views. When the leadership gives encouragement, members of the group have a higher decision-making satisfaction and express more views than the leadership gives no encouragement.
