Content:Social capital is becoming a popular academic theory of cross-border research.From a practical point of view,researching the social capital under the double vision of economics and philosophy will help us to understand how important that the social capital for the economic development and building a harmonious society of our country.From an academic point of view,it is also a try for a multidisciplinary cross-border research.First,this article summarize some views of several most influential representatives.And show the inadequacy of studying the issue of social capital only under the view of sociology by extracting their views.Then establish a train of thought for the following research by reconstructiving the concept of social capital,which exactly is studying the issue of social capital under the double vision of economics and philosophy separately.Second,from the point of view of economics,the social capital is a capital which has an attribute of society,it is a special form of the capital's transform.We can find it clearly by review the evolution history of the capital.The general capital attributes of the social capital can promote the economic development uniquely,this article will study it through the same analysis method as the institutional economics.The general capital attributes of the social capital make itself becomes the third way of resources allocation,of course the resources mentioned here is no longer limited to the traditional resources,this is must be clear.Third,from a philosophical point of view,the social capital can also be understood in the context of philosophy.The course of modern philosophy shape evolution history shows that the "economic society" gradually becoming a new philosophy perspective,based on this,Karl·Marx established the core of his practical materialism perspective:"capital society" further.So it is reasonable that the practical and humanistic social capital is looked as a philosophical word to be studied,we will demonstrate it in ChapterⅢ.So far we can research its significant construction on the harmonious society of our country.Finally,in order to turn theory into practice,the final chapter of this article will focus on what is a harmonious society and what it is composed,so that we can reveal what is the significance of researching the social capital under the double vision of economics and philosophy.Not only keeping the balance between justice and efficiency,but also between keeping individual personality and the collective cooperation.
