With the rapid development of tourism, tourism education and training professionals in the tourism industry has become an important task ,which relations with the future development outlook of China's tourism industry. Now China's tourism education has been on the right track, a growing number of institutions set up tourism professional, but because the younger of the tourism development, making China's tourism education both in breadth and depth can not be compared with other mature subjects. Tourism undergraduate institutions and the Higher Vocational specialist 's curriculum, teaching methods, also mimic each other with no difference, not form their own characteristics, which undoubtedly hindered the overall development of tourism education.In this paper,the author tries to start from the base personnel of the tourism education - Tourism Higher Vocational Education Reform, uses the multiple intelligence theory which a Harvard University psychology professor named Howard·Gardner had invited, to enrich tourism Higher Vocational Education. The author advocates plan the smart element of the corresponding teaching content according to tourism professional vocational college students'intelligent features, breaking across the board, rather than fine the old teaching model. On the premise that enough theory knowledge ,focuses on training students of social practice ,ability to innovate and work experience, as a means of expanding employment, ease the contradiction between supply and demand of tourism professionals.
