| Psychological contract is an important part of organization theory, to establish the developing mode of psychological contract is vital to the subsistence and development of an organization. As the supplement to economic contract, although being fuzzy, connotative and dynamic, psychological contract is still a decisive factor that involves employee's attitude and behavior, and it is gradually becomes a hot-topic of origination theory and human resource management area. It is widely supposed by many experts in organization theory that psychological contract is of great influence on the attitude and behavior of staffs. Serve as a tie that unites the enterprise and its staffs with trust and support, psychological contract is an effective way to realize employee's loyalty and devotion, and also an effective tool to attract, encourage and maintain talented personnel. Therefore, it is significant to pursue a deeper research on psychological contract.The dissertation resumptively analyzed present researches on psychological contract and illustrated psychological contract theory from 3 aspects: researches on psychological contract, the theoretical basis of psychological contract and psychological contract violation. Then the author discussed the interaction between enterprise psychological contract and employee psychological contract by analyzing the interaction model of enterprise and employee psychological contract. A positive analysis of psychological contract in Sanjing Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd. based on questionnaire is carried out by SPSS13.0, it suggested that the present situation of psychological contract in this company is not ideal. Given to this situation, we proposes some advises, including bring in a wide-band salary style, help the staffs with self-realize, implement entire management of psychological contract, build up a people oriented corporate culture and upgrade the management etc.. |
