Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Corporation Sanjing Pharmaceutical Group Corporation is a national large pharmaceutical company which contains scientific research, manufacturing, sales and business. It Covers an area of 2 million square meters. Its total assets reached nearly 30 billion. Sanjing Pharmaceutical has more than 3,000 employees. The enterprise can produce more than 20 dosage forms including large and small volume injections; oral solution; tablets; bulk drug. It contains 334 varieties and 454 specifications of products. Sanjing Pharmaceutical is successfully listed in Shanghai Securities in 2004, the operating income is 2.59 billion yuan and the total profit is 350 million yuan in 2008. Sanjing Pharmaceutical with the conditions of expanding international competition in the environment, resources and other aspects of the expansion of products, and therefore this context The author with many years of practical work in the enterprise, which by using the theoretical knowledge learned from MBA and the related theoretical study of the international competitive strategy of products and analyzing the international competitive and resource of Sanjing pharmaceutical products put forward the cost leadership strategy, concentration strategy and differentiation strategy of different products in the international competitive strategies. This article established seeking to a strategic alliance, focusing on learning knowledge, shaping the cultural superiority, enhancing cost advantages and innovative mechanisms of the products international competitive strategy countermeasures. The paper pointed out the safeguard measures of strengthening advantages of the brand, strengthening quality assurance, reserving personnel rationally, strengthening system construction and strengthening the cooperation in production, learning and research in the international competitive strategy of products.
