Knowledge Management In Construction Projects

Although the construction industry plays an important role in the national economy, it is considered as a labor-intensive industry all the time.But it is changed speedy along with the development of age and varies technology.The industry is committing itself to improve individual and organizational ability about knowledge creating,knowledge sharing,knowledge innovating,organizational learning and so on.The construction project management is an important part of the management of all construction industry.This thesis,which is combined the experience in construction project,review the concept of knowledge,construction project,knowledge management, construction project management and give the concept of knowledge management in construction project.On the foundation of the concepts,the thesis introduces the model of knowledge creating and method of knowledge capturing in construction project; suggests the concept of the knowledge transfer in construction project knowledge management,relative factors and styles of knowledge transfer;introduces the concept of knowledge innovation and the model of innovation process in construction project, and at the same time research on the relative factors.In the last,from the view of information technology,organization of construction project and culture of construction project,the thesis analyzes the operational environment of construction project knowledge management and gives some suggestions.
