The population flows from rural to urban has become a pervasive and enduring social reality in the process of transformation of social system and social structure since the Reform and Opening up in China.Under the dual structure background,the scale expanding and speeding up of the flow of Chinese rural population gave birth to rural workers who are called new vulnerable groups.With the accelerated urbanization in China,young rural workers as the main force of peasant workers have become the indispensable main part of employment in city.However,under the increasingly severe employment situation,the problems about their employment quality,which are often covered up by the quantity,do not receive the academy' s due attention.From a realistic point, the quality directly impacts their living conditions and the psychological recognition about mainstream society,thereby affecting their sense of social justice and the survival ethics. In the long run,it concerns the solution of the "three agriculture" issue,as well as the quality of China's urbanization.Under the sever pressureof employment,it is very necessary to discuss the basic situation and the influencing factors about young rural works' employment quality.Based on the understanding above,the study viewed the quality of employment of young rural workers from the perspective of sociology.First of all,the study introduced the background of this study,giving a more comprehensive review of previous studies, and pointed out the significance,content and innovation.Second,the study explored the basic concepts of the quality of employment of youth rural workers,revealed the basic content of it,and pointed out the subjective and objective measurement of dimensions and indicators.Third,the study analyzed and discussed the influencing factors which affect on the quality of employment of youth rural workers from human capital,social capital and social systems perspective in depth.It pointed out that the low human capital, lacking of social capital,and the defects in the social system are the most important factors which affect the quality of employment of youth workers.Finally,for the main problems found,the study gives advice to improve young rural workers' employment quality: actively enhance the human capital of young rural workers; develop young rural workers' social capital;continuously improve the existing social system.
