New Generation Of Migrant Workers Employment Quality Research

This paper puts the new generation of migrant workers as the research object, based on the investigative sample data and the relevant situation of extensive interviews, used quantitative research methods, descriptive analysis to the quality of urban employment situation of the new generation migrant workers from the quality of work, employment stability, benefits and Security, career development and mental health status. The conclusion is that, the quality of employment of the new generation migrant workers is generally low, existing the problem of the low quality of work, poor stability, lacking of welfare and security, less career development opportunities and excessive psychological pressure. Then according to the survey data, from the occupational prestige, employment stability, wage level, career development, job satisfaction and other sides of the quality of employment of the new generation migrant workers, the author applied empirical research methods to analyze the influence factors to the quality of employment of the new generation migrant workers, the conclusion is that human capital and social capital are the key factors in quality of the level of employment, and we should take appropriate measures to promote the new generation of migrant workers in the accumulation of human capital and social capital to improve their quality of employment obtained, which can provide a new basis to resolve various conflicts in the process of social transformation, enable migrant workers orderly transfer, create a fair employment environment, enhance the competitiveness of the employment of migrant workers, improve the wages of migrant workers, and on this basis to promote the public process from migrant workers to residents.Finally, according to the analysis, author summarized the general idea of improving the employment quality of the new generation migrant workers:through improving the human capital and social capital of new generation migrant workers to improve their employment quality. On this basis, the paper put forward some suggestions. Firstly, strengthen job skills training for the new generation of migrant workers, promoting human capital investment; secondly, cultivated community trust and strengthen the Communication between the new generation of migrant workers and urban residents; thirdly, pay attention to the role of trade unions to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the new generation of migrant workers.
