On The Human Resource Development In The Construction Of Changzhutan "Two-oriented" Society

Human resource is the first important resource in the development of human society and economy. The fast development of our country's economy can't be divided from an abundant human resource with good quality. To Changsha-Xiangtan-Zhuzhou city group, the prosperity of its' economy is up to the quality of human resource to some extent. On December 14 of 2007, as Changzhutan was authorized to be a "resource-saving and environment-friendly society" experimental region, human resource development (HRD) in the region becomes more and more critical. It's an important factor to achieve the goals of "Two -oriented society".Based on the theory of scientific outlook on development, Human capital, sustainable development theory and the theory of HRD, this thesis analyses the industry distributions and the human resource situation of Changzhutan and raises some points of suggestion. The main content includes six part: the first part discourses upon the background, the researches of relative scopes and the structure of the thesis; the second part introduces some theories and the important of HRD in Changzhutan; the third part analyses the situation of industry distribution and HR in the region; the fourth part analyses the obstructions of HRD; the fifth part makes some strategies about HRD; and the last part, to give a summary and expectation.
