In the background of economic globalization and development of information network, a whole new organization of enterprise, network organization of enterprises, changed the short time competition among enterprises into a long run cooperative competition. But since a complicated reliant and game relationship exists among the members of the networked organizations, the network organizations could be unstable, thus the cooperation among enterprises can not reach the expected result. Therefore, in order to keep the cooperation stable and well functioned, an incentive analysis of stabilization among network organization of enterprises must be done. This article built an incentive model of single-principal-multi-agent concerning the stabilization of network organization of enterprises, based on the related theory and papers. And based on the measurability of enterprise yield, an analysis of incentive factor is made. Then, this article explored the application rules of the incentive model from two different angles, adverse selection and moral hazard. By building up a system with reward-punishment rules and emphasizing the reputation, the effectiveness of the incentive of network organization of enterprises would be assured further. Lastly, this article used the incentive model and the application rules as footstone to study the stabilization of network organization and analyze the application of incentive model in network organization of enterprises in China.
