The Analysis And Improvement Of High-Mix Low-Volume Operation Management For UCT Application

This thesis focused on analysis and improving of Ultra clean technology's operation for its application in high-mix low volume manufacturing. It solved problems and improved performance by analyzing the process and capacity, the optimized resources utilization and how to manage the uncertain demands. It firstly analyzed operation status and provides solutions in"process and capacity"section on how to measure the process efficiency, then apply a way to find out the process capacity and bottleneck.
