With the development of economic construction and improvement of people's living standards, the demand for water resources is increasing as well. As a result, it has become one of key research projects in studying how to coordinate the harmonious development of water resources, environment, population, and sustainable development for the purpose of making the best use of the limited water resource. Research of water resources load capacity is done in the respects of the relationships between resources, environment, population and social development, studying the reasonable exploitation of water resource and preservation of it as well as qualitative study of its development rate and ranges, with the purpose of provide scientific evidence of the local policy and plan, harmonious development of society and improvement of ecological environment. Eventually optimized configuration of water resources will come into being and so will the substantial development of the comprehensive system of local water -ecology-and-social economy. Optimized configuration of water resources refers to the scientific and reasonable distribution of limited water resource in a specific area or waters by means of technological construction or non-technological one. The ultimate aim is to achieve the substantial development of water resource and ensure the coordinate development of social economy , resources and ecological environment, namely improve the efficient distribution of water resources.The rivers alone the south-east coast are mostly small or medium-sized rivers. Compared with other big rivers,they have unique features in terms of water, geography, water facility and social economy, Yongjiang River in particular. Located along Yongjiang River, Ningbo has encountered the problem of water shortage and pollution due to the development of economy, expansion of the towns and high-rise of population. Therefore, research on the water load capacity and optimized distribution of water resource in Ningbo will be of great significance both in the reasonable distribution and optimized application of the whole waters and substantial development of Ningbo.The research, centering on the study of Yongjiang waters, is designed to provide the proof of the harmonious development of the circle of water resources, ecology and social and economic development based on the qualitative evaluation of water resources load capacity and optimized configuration of water resources, and to provide references and technical support for other areas.Main contents of the study are listed as follows; first, establish the development status and the area covered in the study of water resources load capacity and calculate the result of water resource load capacity, by means of vague comprehensive evaluation model in combination with layer analysis, hierarchical structure module. Secondly, adopting the method of GEM-AHP,the article also sets up the reference system of optimized water configuration, on which the distribution rate of water resources in six districts in Ningbo have been calculated. Thirdly, by using the comprehensive predication method and classification predication, the article predicts the volume of water required in 2010 and 2020 in the city of Ningbo. According to existing water resources and Ningbo Comprehensive Plan for Water Resources, the article analyses the balance between the water supply and demand in 2010 and 2020, pointing out that the water resources in different districts should be distributed evenly and reasonably. |
