Research On Intelligent Manufacturing Capacity Evaluation Of Discrete Manufacturing Enterprises

With the rapid development of China's manufacturing industry,China has become a veritable manufacturer.Face the fact that the manufacturing industry of our country is big but not strong enough,the country put forward the strategy of " made in China 2025",make efforts to promote the transformation and upgrading of our manufacturing industry,the core of the strategy is the implementation of intelligent manufacturing,but there has some confusion of enterprises about the understanding of intelligent manufacturing,it's development path,the feasible direction and so on,causing the process of intelligent manufacturing is slow.First,this paper takes discrete manufacturing enterprise as the research subject,and the intelligent manufacturing capacity of the discrete manufacturing enterprises is the research object.The analytic hierarchy process and DEA are used to evaluate the intelligent manufacturing capacity.On the basis of manufacturing capability relevant research results,combined with the characteristics of intelligent manufacturing and traditional manufacturing and manufacturing capability,construct the discrete manufacturing enterprise intelligent manufacturing capability index evaluation system,taking intelligent delivery speed control ability,intelligent cost control ability,intelligent quality control ability,intelligent demand and supply ability and intelligent flexible level as five core competences,including 21 evaluation indexes.Secondly,through A-share listed 13 discrete manufacturing enterprises of Zhejiang province,the questionnaire survey to construct judgment matrix and consistency inspection,then to determine the subjective weight of each index in the evaluation system.On this basis,using rough set theory on the basis of related data of revelent enterprises to carry on the calculation of index weight,to reduce the subjectivity of using analytic hierarchy process(ahp),according to the golden section point to linear combination of subjective weight and objective weight,it is concluded that the final comprehensive weights,while avoiding subjectivity and not rely solely on objectivity,make the research of this paper is more conform to reality.At the same time using data envelopment analysis to caculate the indicators' comprehensive weight,make the comprehensive weights and AHP— rough set method for the synthesis weights,and the reality,verify the rationality of the evaluation index constructed in this paper.Third,substitute the index weight and index parameters in the evaluation model into the established intelligent manufacturing ability evaluation model.Then calculate the empirical results of five core competences as well as the enterprise's overall intelligent manufacturing capability,verify the feasibility of the proposed evaluation model.In the end,according to the empirical results,compared with the actual situation of the case enterprise,put forward some suggestions that enterprises which has poor intelligent manufacturing capability should be further clearing market positioning,which has medium intelligent manufacturing capacity should promise the economic benefits as well as the ability of cost control and quality control,which has strong intelligent manufacturing capacity should aims to improve the level of production flexible,in order to make a effort to improve the intelligent manufacturing ability of discrete manufacturing enterprises.
