With industrial gas business fast developing, business today it is a fierce competition and only companies with long-term vision and a clear mission survive in the long run. Companies not only tried to develop into new business area to gain new margin, but companies should create and sustain a competitive advantage through information technology. Now companies make few use of information technology in sale management. Considering that the sales of industrial gases have the particularity, especially safety risk. Ignoring the safety management in sale often occurs, that increases the safe risk and restricts the development of sales business. Writer thinks that companies majoring in gas business can exploit client value to the utmost extent and increase enterprise revenue just through building up scientific and normative information system for marketing managementIn this thesis, it does some research to marketing management problem under the condition of new marketing stratagem from Oxygen Company in changing circumstance. It provides an information-based resolution for marketing management in Oxygen Company, it hope that information-based marketing system put into practice in company can increase competition ability noticeable.First of all, the paper introduces the competition situation in gas business, and details the question arising in sale management. It comes to conclusion that it is necessary that sale management should be running with information-based tool. Secondly, it discuss the countermeasure facing up new tactic .at first it illustrates the sale situation in oxygen company, and analyses market characteristic of industrial gas and key factor which may affect buyer's decision. Then diagnose the strength, weak, opportunity and threat of Oxygen Company. Further it centers on the new marketing stratagem from Oxygen Company, in the due time it brings out that the gap between new marketing stratagem and inner sale management, and explain how to solve the difficulty. Thirdly, it puts forward the object and principle of sale management information system.
