This study takes an in-depth discussion and analysis on villagers'choices on endowment patterns from the view of villagers'will. Through questionnaire of 462 villagers from Jiangxia District, Wuhan City, the basic status quo and its impact reasons are carefully studied. Meanwhile, from the conclusion of regression model, the predicament and motivation of rural social pension insurance's sustainable development are also discussed. The thesis includes following five sections:The first section introduces the background of discussed questions, clarifies the goal, significance, and basic thinking of this study, reviews the domestic and aboard relative studies, limits the core concepts, summarizes basic situations of the studied area, and introduces the main studying methods and general situations of swatches.Based on the data of spot check, the second section describes and analyzes the general situation and influential factors of villagers'endowment wills in Wuhan through multinomial logit model(MNL)in Regression model. The study shows that: the personal characters such as sex and age and family characters such as children's number, family size and annual income of family have highly apparent effects on villagers'wills of endowment patterns. Although education level and marriage state have greater effects in swatches, but they have no apparent effects on villagers'wills of endowment patterns.Based on research results in Section II, the third section probes into the predicament of sustainable development of pension insurance, from the villagers'realistic choice on wills of endowment patterns. The main limits and barriers are sex, age, marriage, income, etc.Also based on research results in Part II, the fourth section takes an in-depth analysis on the necessities and possibilities of sustainable development of Rural Social Pension Insurance, through discussion of different personal characteristics and family characteristics. The motivations are sex, age, education level, family structure and attenuation of guarantee from land.The fifth section summarizes this study's basic conclusion, and the double effects of different factors of villagers'wills of endowment patterns on sustainable development of Rural Social Pension Insurance, puts forward the writer's own thinking on necessities and possibilities of sustainable development of Rural Social Pension Insurance, and accordingly suggests several improving methods.
