Sustainable Development Research Of The Social Endowment Insurance Of Urban And Rural In JiaoJiang District

With the development of social economy, China’s population aging process has been obviously sped up. In order to achieve the goal of "providing for the elderly", in line with "basic insurance, wide coverage, flexible and sustainable principle", since 2008,local governments inBeijing, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Guangdong and so on have been developing the basic and experimental endowment insurance system for urban and rural residents. In Feb. 2014, the executive meeting of the State Council held by Li Keqiang decided to establish the urban and rural social pension insurance. And it has been fully implemented on 21st Feb. At this point,after 6 years, the experimental work of urban and rural social pension insurance now has began to spread in China, which fills in the blank of rural and urban old-age insurance system. Due to the Population mobility and the imbalance of national economy, though the experimental areas has been running this system for many years, future and sustainable improvement still worthy further study.Jiaojiang District is located in the eastern coastal areas of Zhejiang province, the economy has been well developed, and it is one of the first areas of Zhejiang province to carry out urban and rural social pension insurance, it brings farmers, migrant workers, the unemployed and other vulnerable groups into the social security system, which is an important supplement of the social stability of our country. Until now it has get remarkable results in continuous exploration, which made a great breakthrough in the practice of perfecting the social security system in Jiaojiang District. Based on the fundamental establishment of urban and rural social pension insurance system, this essay carries out the empirical investigation in Jiaojiang, helps people understand the development status of urban and rural residents social pension insurance at present, systematically analyzed the realistic foundation and the problems when this system were promoted in Jiaojiang and study the problems of its sustainable development from the urban and rural social pension insurance system level. This essay aim to put forward some suggestions forfurther improvement, ensure sustainable development of the system, make the local experience of Jiaojian become of assistance for other places to follow.
