In present, China has entered the aging society basically, the pension problemsof the rural areas has becoming a major problem to our society, this article through theintroduction of the real problems, the historical changes of the rural old-age mode,type of existing pension mode analysis and legislative council proposed building thecomprehensive rural old-age security system, which has important significance forbuilding a harmonious society, promoting fairness and justice.In addition to the introduction, the paper is divided into four parts, aboutthe30,000words.Part I: Analysis of the current reality facing our pension background:(a) thepopulation of the arrival of an aging society makes sharp increase in pressure onChina’s social pension;(b) the disappearance of the demographic dividend. China is ina period of social transition, the disappearance of the demographic dividend affectChina’s economic growth, have indirect impact to the economic foundation of thepension;(c) the constraints of the urban-rural dual structure. Recalling China’s ruralareas to shift from traditional pension model to diversify pension mode through thehistorical process, and describes the factors that affect our pension paradigm shift, ahistorical analysis of China’s rural old-age mode.Part III: the existing types of China’s rural old-age mode analysis and legislativecouncil.The first part of the personal pension model, family pension mode,communitypension mode, government pension mode, commercial pension mode five pensionmodel concept, characteristics, the reality of the situation, system reconstructioncombined analysis, based on the Rights and Interests of the Elderly law on theProtection of the legislative council about the provisions of the five pension model, inorder to have a more in-depth understanding of our existing rural old-age mode.Part IV: Comprehensive rural old-age security system.
